A large fully equipped communal kitchen. Equipment includes ovens, stovetops, pots, pans, microwaves, toasted sandwich makers, toasters, and everything else you need to prepare a meal. Placed throughout the facilities are smaller kitchenettes for your convenience where you can prepare a meal all within a short distance from your room.

Laundry.

Washing machines and driers are situated in the laundry costing $2 per cycle. Ironing boards, irons and vacuum cleaners are available for your use.

Wifi.

Unlimited wifi is included in the weekly room rate.

Parking.

Parking is included in the weekly room rate. Parks are secured at night. There are also covered bike racks.

Dining Room & Lounge.

There is a spacious common dining area with comfortable lounges, digital TV and café style seating. Perfect for relaxing, studying or catching up with others.

Individual Rooms.

Single rooms are approximately 18 square metres in floor area. Double rooms are popular for couples, being slightly larger at 30 square metres approximately and have an extra wardrobe, desk and chair. All rooms contain:

All tenants are responsible for the cleaning of rooms at all times.

BBQ.
